I spend a lot of time in my car for my job. I have to make sure that I pack a lunch every night because it is way to0 easy to sleep in an extra fifteen minutes and then pull into a drive thru when I am ravenous sometime about 1pm.

For tomorrow I packed some cantaloupe that I balled up with blueberries, Greek yogurt, baby carrot sticks, and 4 oz. chicken breast on toasted bread. This whole wheat bread is awesome! Only 60 calories a slice and it has double the fiber, 5 grams per slice. I am always full after eating it.
