Ode to Greek Yogurt

Let’s talk about Greek yogurt.

If you have never tried it, I highly recommend it. It is nothing like the watery American version and it offers a fabulous calorie/protein ratio. For 90 calories you get a whopping 15 grams of protein. It is also lower in carbohydrates. Try substituting it anytime sour cream is called for in a recipe or enjoy it straight from the carton. Delicious!
