Hello Monday!

This morning I went for something quick and easy. Some All Bran with vanilla almond milk and some blueberries dumped on top. I have just recently discovered almond milk. It’s a little lower in calories and sugar (depending on the brand) and I like the taste much better than soy milk. I have a long day ahead of me so I hope this keeps me full until lunch! Planning to stop at Starbucks on the way to work for a double tall nonfat latte. Happy Monday!
