Things got a little crazy in the kitchen this evening. There was frying, grilling, and steaming. I was in full on cooking mania after a 9.5 hour workday. We had some delicious tomatoes that hubby suggested frying up like the fried green tomatoes we had at Pete Millers. I thought, why not? They were fabulous.
I also whipped up some grilled Tilapia, spanish rice, and broccoli. Here’s my plate.
My fish got a little charred on the grill. Here’s a cooking tip, if this happens just say that it is ‘blackened’. That sounds gourmet and intentional.
