I love smoothies for breakfast. For some reason I am not that excited about eating 2 cups of spinach at 6:30 in the morning (go figure) but whip it up in the blender with berries and yogurt and I’m good! Smoothies are a great way to get a lot of nutrition and you can drink them in the car!
2 cups organic baby spinach
1 cup lowfat Kefir
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 cup blueberries
a little bit of Splenda to sweeten it up
