It’s Friday night after a very long week and we both wanted to stay in so I made a plan for pizza and a movie in the man attic.
Hot Italian sausage for the hubby and sauteed peppers, onions, zucchini for my half (I shared my veggies with hubby) Leftover tomato sauce from last night, and Trader Joe’s whole wheat crust.
All ready to go into a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
I hate soggy crust so here’s a tip! Brush some EVOO on the bottom and top of your crust before putting it into the oven. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Like this:
