Thai Veggie Wraps

6 Oct

Another tasty, quick dinner and I got to use my new wok!

I purchased a cute little napa cabbage from the market with the intent of making wraps which kind of worked but it was messy. I would need a larger cabbage the next time.

I cooked some soba noodles with broccoli and stir fried some carrots, onion, and garlic in a tablespoon of peanut oil in the wok. Mix it all together.

Add some pad thai sauce, lime juice, and cilantro.

Soba! These are so good!

Sprinkled some crushed peanuts on top.

The kitty tried to move in (unsuccessfully)

So, they didn’t really stay in wrap form and I end up eating them with a fork but they were tasty!

I put hubby’s dinner in a bowl due to previous structural fail.

No leftovers, must have been good!
