Last night’s dinner! Blogger was down so I am just posting it now.
My dinner served in acorn squash was so well received that I began thinking of other fun ways to serve dinner. I came across two small pumpkin pie pumpkins and came up with this.
Sage, herb, garlic chicken with sauteed apple, swiss chard, and toasted walnuts, and brown rice.

Hubby’s pumpkin (with meat) complete with cranberry relish. It’s like Thanksgiving dinner in a bowl!
