Stuffed Peppers- Ground Turkey and Veggies

1 lb ground lean turkey
1 can tomato paste
1 zucchini chopped
1 yellow squash chopped
Big handful of shredded cheddar/jack cheese
garlic

I wrapped them in foil because I usually cook them on the grill but this isn’t really necessary. You can just put them in the oven.

    Yummy–I just made salmon patties for lunch–both are winter comfort foods, aren't they?

    Yum! I've got the crock pot going! The plan is to spend the day indoors with the fireplace going!
