Here’s a delicious dip recipe that is tasty, healthy, and would be great for the holidays. Serve it with green pepper slices, baby carrots, or maybe toasted baguette slices.
Kim and Ally’s Goat Cheese dip
1 6 oz. tub of fat free Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani)
3 oz. goat cheese
Herbs- either fresh or dried. I used some herbes de Provence. A handful of fresh chives, rosemary or lemon thyme would be tasty.
salt and pepper
Mix the goat cheese with yogurt. Microwave for about 15 seconds so the cheese is soft. Stir in your herbs and season to taste.
