Salmon and Pasta with Creamy Dill Sauce

11 Jan

The stuff you need for the creamy dill sauce…

Plus, whole grain pasta, broccoli, and sweet cherry tomatoes…

and, salmon!

Once you crack open the salmon, be prepared to share…

Creamy Dill Sauce

1/3 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Juice of a lemon
fresh dill
salt and pepper

Put the cherry tomatoes with EVOO and salt/pepper in the broiler for a few minutes while your pasta is cooking.

Add the steamed broccoli, roasted cherry tomatoes, and salmon to the pasta.

Add the sauce.

Nom nom! Serve with a glass of red wine for a real heart healthy meal!

I did about 40 minutes on the treadmill after getting from work, grocery, oil change, etc. I have a lofty health goal and I plan to stay on track! More on that later…
