Once you crack open the salmon, be prepared to share…
Creamy Dill Sauce
1/3 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
Juice of a lemon
salt and pepper
Put the cherry tomatoes with EVOO and salt/pepper in the broiler for a few minutes while your pasta is cooking.
Add the steamed broccoli, roasted cherry tomatoes, and salmon to the pasta.
Add the sauce.
Nom nom! Serve with a glass of red wine for a real heart healthy meal!
