Turkey Sloppy Joes

A low calorie alternative to the original.

1 package ground turkey
1/2 cup low sugar ketchup
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Saute your onion, green pepper in a tablespoon of EVOO, add garlic. Add meat to brown.

Drain. Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, season to taste.

Serve on a whole wheat bun with a salad. This is very tasty and a quick, healthy meal for a weekday!
