But don’t worry. Your friend bacon is right there shielding you from complete veggie overload.
I chopped the sprouts in quarters, drizzled them with EVOO, added a small handful of chopped bacon, season with salt and pepper and toss in the oven to roast.
While the sprouts were roasting I started making the creamy crab sauce for my ravioli.
1 tablespoon of Earth Balance, handful of chopped fresh chives, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper, non fat Greek yogurt, and a can of chopped crab meat (I got mine from Trader Joe’s)
Pour the sauce on the ravioli. I used a small cheese filled variety.
See? Brussels aren’t that bad, right?
