Tonight’s dinner was a couple of flounder fillets marinated in some EVOO, salt, pepper, herbs de Provence with some lemon juice squeezed on top! We have the grill up and running for the summer!
With the fish I made some zucchini and summer squash drizzled with EVOO, salt, pepper, herbs.
Placed the fish and a few slices of tomato on a bun leftover from Memorial Day. I love the grill! So easy!
These chives survived the crazy winter and came back!!?? I didn’t know herbs did that?
Filled my two giant pots with climbing nasturtiums from seed. They do fairly well in my yard so I’m sticking with what works!

Veggie patch! 6 varieties of tomato, tons o’ zucchini, banana pepper, jalapeno, lots of herbs for cooking, cucumber, lettuce, spinach.
